“ Before working with Chloe, I’d been slowly putting weight on for about 2 years and had lost all my fitness. I used to exercise a lot and wanted to get that feeling back. I knew the basics - eat less, move more - but couldn’t stick with it. I needed someone to take the hard work out of creating a plan for me and Chloe did that. All I had to do was check the boxes each day.

I’d had a coach before who I felt was just focused on Instagram transformations. I didn’t feel listened to and was worried about every check in. When I asked to change my training, I was told I wouldn’t get results quickly enough. I’m so glad I found Chloe as she worked with me rather than telling me what to do.

I’ve almost hit my initial goal but more than that, I’ve learned that things take time and to enjoy the journey instead of just focusing on the end. Chloe and all the supportive girls in her group have kept me motivated for the last 12 weeks.

I feel like I’m not doing anything wrong. Chlo has taught me that everyone does things their own way (some girls do lots of steps and no workouts, others exercise 2,3,4 times a week) and that’s ok. I don’t need to compare myself to others. I’ve absolutely loved working with Chloe and won’t hesitate to join up again for the next phase in my journey. I’ve learned to notice the small wins like maintaining my weight for a week that includes a day off plan, or seeing the cms drop off rather than getting disappointed if the scale doesn’t shift. 

Chloe is a great coach to work with. She has nutrition, training and physio knowledge so you get the best service. I find it so reassuring to see Chloe constantly learning as I feel you get the best from her. If you’re thinking about working with Chlo, I’d say 100% go for it!
